User Review - Flag as inappropriate The book may be over 10 years old but the theory is still relevant. My only concern is his use of comparisons between a "good manager is now by definition a leader" and "a good leader will also be a manager". He seems to be missing the point the management is quite different from leadership, and while the two areas overlap, anyone can be a leader - not just 4/5(3).
